What people ask before their first pickup.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule a pickup window, leave your laundry in any bag outside your door at the start of the window, and we'll handle the rest. We text when we're on the way, and bring it back to the same spot folded — the next day, or the same day if you choose the faster tier.
How much does it cost?
$16 per bag for next-day return, $22 per bag for same-day. A bag holds about 15 lb of laundry, which is roughly one person's weekly wash or a few days for a family. Pickup and delivery are always free.
What counts as a bag?
Any normal laundry bag, trash bag, or duffel works — we measure by weight, not size. Up to ~15 lb is one bag. If you have more, schedule additional bags at the same flat rate.
How does same-day work?
Pick the $22 same-day option and schedule a pickup before 10am. We'll return your folded laundry by 8pm the same day. Available seven days a week.
Do you do dry cleaning?
Not yet. We're focused on wash, dry, and fold. For dry cleaning or specialty items, a dedicated cleaner is the better fit.
Can I leave special instructions?
Yes. Add notes when you schedule (e.g., "cold wash only," "low heat dry," or scent and detergent preferences) and we'll follow them. We sort by color by default.
Can I cancel or reschedule a pickup?
Up to two hours before your pickup window, with no fee. Tap the link in your confirmation text or reach out and we'll handle it.
Where are you available?
Currently San Francisco only. If you're elsewhere, join the waitlist from the homepage and we'll let you know when we expand.
